Help: Buying Rims

I've search thru the archives and played around with the wheel =
calculator on the site and now Im about to purchase a set of rims for my =
scirocco (86 16v, koni's and neuspeed softsport).
I like the Montegi MR7 seen here at=20

I'm thinking the 15x6.5 with the 35 mm offset should be okay. Am I =
right?
Would a 15X7 35 offset work?
what about 15x7 with a 40mm offset?
These rims list for about 105 at Pep Boys so its a hefty chunk of =
cheddar for me to put out. Thats why I figured I'd ask the list first.
If and when I do get new rims I will be selling these rims for a =
reasonable price
