I heard that rumour too!  I also heard it would have ABS, traction
control, computer w/ GPS, cornering assist (like MB ESP), all wheel
drive, A6 platform, every power assist option known to man, 13
airbags...did I leave anything out?
At just under 6000 lbs, she's a beaut.  Audi market research indicated
potential buyers are much more interested in comfort than performance,
and good thing too since the 2003 weighs as much as a small apartment.
According to inside sources, an Audi official stated, "We encountered
several Chevy Blazers during testing and managed to keep up with them.
Well, one of them, anyway."  Also, "We are currently looking into ways
to incorporate more useless junk...I mean, more very important
technological do-dads into the vehicle before its fall 2002 release to
justify our $44,600 asking price."
