testes (Now a question)

Whoo hoo ! ! !  I'm back on the list. Ok I'm having a problem with my 8v I
have a very hard time getting it into reverse when I first start it up.
I'll have the clutch it and when I try to push it into reverse I start to
feel gears grinding gears and back off. The only way I can get it into gear
is to turn off the engine and then put it in gear. It only does it with
reverse, and after I have driven for a bit and stop it goes into reverse
just fine. Am I just low on transmision oil?
