What do you guys use to press in the crankshaft rear oil seal?

Any homebrew tool ideas/dimensions to copy VW tool #2003/1.
How about the intermediate shaft seal? My 30mm socket is a little too
small - does a 31mm work well, or an imperial equivalent that's just
right?
