headliner/sun visors

#1- Clorox spray bleach (works wonders)
#2- if they're that toasted, take them apart and put in some new material.
Should be less than $20 if you DIY.

Subject: headliner/sun visors

Hey I was looking around somewhere and I found a guy complaining that he
didnt want to ruin the bright white headliner he just spent a lot of time
cleaning. How exactly do you clean the headliner? Mine is dirty (especialy
around the sun visors and interior light) and I would love to clean it up,
but it feels like I'll rip it. Also, about every Scirocco I've looked at
(junkyards, my driveway) has sun visors that have gotten all mushy/chunky
and are falling apart. Does anyone know where I can get some nicer ones? I
took some out of a Corrado and had to use pieces of coat hanger and some
electrical tape (looked good for about an hour, before the tape slid halfway
off). They do alright for now, but I'd like to replace them. I don't have
much money right now so I figure I'll just try to clean the car up some.
Thanks for any help or any other suggestions,
Bryson
