Sunroof change

Yes you can!! I put a roof from a GTI in my 85 Roc with no problems. Just 
make sure you get ALL the tracks and springs. Basically, gut the whole area 
where the roof is.
You'll need to manually push it in place til you get all the screws in, then 
lastly, attach the crank. Of coarse you won't have the tilt and slide, but a 
straight roof is better than no roof. Good luck.
