16V distributor seals

I hoped it was the o-ring. No, actually there is a seal that looks like =
the camshaft seal with a spring inside only smaller. I tried everywhere =
and nobody carries it not even VW. they say you need a new =
distributor.eventually the hall sender goes bad from the oil.
I called an oil seal company, they listed it but they did not have any =
in stock. But listing means they have the tooling ready, so i ordered a =
bunch of them ( they only sell by batches). every other seal company =
will charge you for tooling and custom orders.
i will change mine ( yeah, it leaks) and let you guys know how it works. =
If ok, I will sell them.

two months ago I called a place that supposedly was selling those =
seals and they are still telling me they are out.
i did a bit of Internet search and nobody carries this size oil =
seal. I bit the bullet and ordered a batch from an oil seal company. i =
will replace mine and see how it works. If OK, I will put them for sale.
