Maybe I shouldn't butt my nose into this one. OOPS! too late...

Josh - First of all, thank god you're going to larger injectors so maybe we
can put this one to rest...

Second: To simplify, I don't think anyone questions that you were TOLD by
the shop who put it together that this setup was acceptable.

It seems to me that everyone is trying to alert you (some less tactful than
others  :) to the physical restrictions of the components currently
installed in your setup. ---No one is making this up to piss you off or shit
on your parade---. I think I can speak for most of us when I say that we
really are only trying to prevent you from running your setup in a
potentially deleterious manner. A manner which would only end up costing you
more $$$ and frustration....

You might just have to accept the fact that you might not have been as
diligent and involved as you could have been in spec'ing out your system....
