FW: Fw: etka (under xp)

Ran into this one with Win2K SP 1 and XP - you need to use program
compatibility mode to tell Windows to run the program (winetka.exe or
w_select.exe) as a Win9x program - fixed my problem with both ETKA and
EPC.

Drag is I can't remember how to do this under Win2K - anyone?
