machined part needed

Is there a resident machinist on this list? I need a 16v distributor (hole)
block off plate. Just throwing a plate on there to cap it off seems like
it'd allow oil to pool up in the hole. And... that doesn't seem like a good
thing.
Yeah, can anybody help me with this nearly last step on my car? I've got a
few dollars to throw at ya, beers, harem girls, etc.
