ANOTHER eBay scam from Germany! :)

Where does it say it will increase hp, I only read that it was a rare
factory item even in Germany. Guys you gotta stop reading shit into ebay,
and the price it starts at is comparable to other auctions I've seen.

it is made in Germany of course an an original VW part,
it is used but in good condition.
