Spark Plugs

That's what the car seems to run best on.  My factory ignition is all ripped
out, but I used them with it too.  I had one of the last 84's that came with
the normal style cap and coils and doesn't require the use of those small
ends on the wires.   Currently I run a Holley Pro Strip Annihalitor with a
programmable curve and capacative discharge.  Plug wires are accell 300MPH+
and my current plug gap is .045".  I also have a thin head gasket for a
little more compression.

Honestly about every Bosch plug I've used except for the super (3 prong) has
sucked.

What kind of spark plugs does everybody use here?  I've heard a lot of
people scoff at the idea of using fancy spark plugs with twin prongs.
However, back when these types of spark plugs first came out we notice a
nice increase in gas milage on our truck when we switched to them.  Right
now I'm using the Bosch platnium +4's but have heard people here talk bad
about them.  They seem to work great for my car, I'm on my second set right
now.  However, what do you all feel is the best plugs to use and what are
arguments against +4's?
