OT need reply from CA listers

Nothings wrong with a Carfax report. My question mainly revolved around the
license tag. Here is KY there is all kinds of hassle if the tag isn't up to
date and also with the title change and since I'm getting this from so far
away I just wanted all the help I can get and I have gotten some good help.
Thanks guys for the links and input. I don't suppose there's someone on the
list in San Jose is there that would check the car out for me?
