Subject: what cleaning agent to use on the blue electrical wrap on inst cluster?

I picked up a complete scratch-free instrument cluster for my cabby because the current one doesn't seem to want to stay connected (and the face is scratched to hell...) with gauges and all (124k on the clock) for $23.

What can I use to clean the blue electrical web on the back?

  Thanks,

  Jeff
