Diesels have their places.
But horspower wins races.
Torque is a measurement of work accomplished by a motor.
Horspower is how FAST it can do that work.
We be all about SPEED...

90 hp, but 145/148 lb/ft of torque, @1900 rpm.

Readily chippable to about 110 and 180'ish lb/ft.
