CIS-E vs. CIS-Motronic

cis-e is pure analog, cis-motronic is pseudo-digital (i.e. chipable), but is still continuous
injection based (it doesn't have pulsed injectors). With cis motronic, timing and fuel delivery are
programmable. Cis-e has those effectively 'hardwired'.
