Where O Where does my little ground go?

Hey - I located where the mysterious green wire went
(oxs sensor plug), but now I found a ground strap that
has no home.

It grounds onto the bolt that holds the coil on, and
is not quite long enough to reach the coolant outlet
on the side of the cylinder head.  It has oil on it,
which leads me to believe it is somewhere on the back
of the engine, or possibly around the MC somewhere.

It's an 84 8v.

Any ideas?
