16v Cutting Out Above 4K (WOT)

Its been doing this for some time.  I've been working on lots of other 
problems and this is about the only one left.  The distributor is new; the 
wires and the plugs are, too.  New fuel pumps and filter.  No vacuum leaks 
- perfect idle.  Is there something in the WOT circuit I need to look at?
