16" Wheels/Tires Poll

 Think about it for second, or, better yet, make a sketch of the
cross-section of two wheels, one with 10mm offset, one with 50mm offset.
Now, draw a hub on the wheels.  Which one has the rim moved out further from
the hub?
  The 10mm.
:)  One must close your eyes and visualize...
