16" Wheels/Tires Poll - whats 'perfect' offset?

Wouldn't that be 0ET by definition? Well, I guess the hub is to the edge of
the bearing, and bearing is wide enough to be measurable, so say 10mm or so?
Just guessing...

What's the goal of the question?
