Is diameter what we're primarily concerned with on 
rubbing issues? Or is width the primary issue? Because
if we're talking 195's or 205's then we are discussing
width.

I'm interested in this thread because I'm considering
195/45R16's, yes they exist, and I have stock
suspension at the moment.
