MK1 roof part needed

How bad is it? If it is just the lip where the seal sits, you could just
weld a new "U" channel on there. If it's into the roof panel itself...then
you've got some problems...

Does someone have acess to cutting off part of the rear roof section of a
MK1?
I need the top tailgate channel where the water runs and the seal sits on.
Mine looked good until I pulled the seal and found some holes and parts
broke off with the seal. Damn PO must have left a bunch of leaves sit in
there for quite some time.
