[tech]: source for 16v p&p

i'm thinking that the next step for my new 2l 16v is to get the 2l head 
p&p'd. have heard that the 2l has more material to work with and ultimately 
flows better than the 1.8. does anyone have any recommendations? what kind 
of $$ am i looking at? what would be done? i'm giddy with anticipation.
