Shift times: was: max boost for 1.8 16v

Just a little data point. Running data logs with my Haltech it clearly
shows from full power, shift and back to full power is consistently
right around 1 second.
This is with a lightened flywheel, where the shift speed is timed so
that engine RPM is correct for the next gear when the clutch is engaged.
i.e. no abuse, fast street shift.
At the strip where I'm willing to slam the shifts a little I doubt full
power to full power is under .5 sec. I would think you'd have to power
shift (which only a fool would do with an 020) to get the full power to
full power interruption into the .3 sec range.
