If you want it, I would say so.  I recently purchased a wrecked 'rocco with 
an undetermined mileage 2.0 16v for about 400$.  Your getting about the same 
deal I did and at the moment I'm happy with my new engine.  It's not in the 
car yet, but things are looking good.
