U.S. style lights for me ?

I have seen that auction on eBay

and I was wondering if those are as good as advertised as I want to build
up a U.S.-style front again like I did on my last GTX.

I just need some new reflectors as the old ones are corroded.

Those clear ones might look cool here in Germany.

Are they easily available in the USA or is there a need to bid on those ?

The seller won't ship to Germany and he wasn't responding to my request
so I would need help of  a U.S. lister in case I have to bid on them.

I would also trade for a set of those, 
offering two good Euro main beams if somebody is interested.
