how do you get the injectors out???

This is true. I found a mint set of fuel lines for a
CIS A2 car at a junkyard. Even with the Schley tool,
you would not believe the amount of force it took to
dislodge the injectors! The Schley tool requires a
large slotted screwdriver for leverage - I bought the
largest one that Sears sells for this purpose.

Other times they just pop out on their own - go figure
. . .
