mystery fitting on fuel dist.

There are the four, 1 for each injector, 1 more for the coldstart injector, 
and another on on the front of the dist for what looks like a fuel return or 
a "once more around" loop, back into the dist,  but there is another that is 
not plummed up that is also on the front  pointing at about the driver 
headlights.  Anyone know what that is there for?  Little arrow stamped near 
it too.
