Clutch Query (was: performance parts etc...)

so you guys have been telling me it may  not really matter if I get the 16v 
PP clutch kit for my car. my plans are as follows:

84 GTI
stock trans
audi 3a
solid lifter head
schrick 276 
DAILY DRIVER

this car will see very little drag racing (well, you know what I mean by 
"very little"...) and autocrossing. its main purpose is to provide me with 
daily transpo to and fro wherever I go and do so reliably. so, to 16v PP or 
not... it's a quesiton
