I have the opportunity of getting a low mileage MKIII golf gti 'box as a
replacement for my current high mileage one but I'm not sure how the gearing
compares. Can't remember what my tranny code is but it is stock & I get
about 4000rpm / 80mph in 5th. Anyone have any info on the golf box?
