Well, seeing that 7 psi is approximately a 48% increase in air flow over
atmospheric, I would expect _exactly_ the same power increase, given that it
was intercooled. 
The math: (atmo=14.7psi, stock hp=123)

(14.5+7)/14.5 = 1.483
1.483 x 123hp = 182.4hp
