Thats the oil cooler. The leak is probably caused by the oil cooler "O ring" 
wich might be broken. That goes between the oil cooler and the oil filter 
base at the engine. It costs about $2 but make shure you tighten it to the 
correct torque or it may leak again. Good luck.
