Nitrous Anyone?

Oddly I have been doing quite a bit of research on this very subject. VW cranks and rods are fairly heavy duty forged steel, stout peices. And since you have gotten a set of forged pistons from a company that builds a quality nitrous piston, you should have no problem running them with upwards of the 150 shot with a high octane fuel and maybe a dose of octane booster (NOS makes three very good choices) If you do decide to run the 150+ I would suggest getting and MSD 6420 box, and 8203 coil, and a 8982 which allows for timing retard while the nitrous is activated, but the key part is the tach adapter 8910, this will allow you to run the box and coil on the VW. Or simply run the new Digital 6 box number 6520 and the tach adapter. Personally if I stick with the CIS-E that is how I will do it. Even if you don't run the nitrous the MSD makes a nice addition. Just make sure you have a good fuel pump or a supplemental fuel system for higher hp settings.
