My best upgrade yet!

I'll have to agree with Vince on this one. I've become the master rain-x
guy and you do have to know how to apply for it to work properly. I've
always had my wipers work very well with rain-x and seeing as it rains all
the time here in the northwest I need to change wipers every month or two
anyway. It shouldn't gum up your wipers because there should be no residue
left on the window after applying, if there is you haven't buffed it out
with a damp rag as the instructions indicate. I've heard a lot of people
complain that it makes the windows fog up too but that is also because they
apply it and wipe it off but never do a wet buff which will give you a
crystal clear window.

One note, don't accidentally buy the wiper additive. I did that this week
and tried using it anyway. It worked but took a long time to get the slimy
stuff off. It also is not as potent as the normal stuff because its
designed to be applied with every window washer spray so it never made the
rain fly off all that well.

There is another product that I've found that works better its something
like rainoff or rainslick. I'm not sure though.

I gotta poke my head into this one for rain X. Maybe its just a northern
thing, but it works great up here. There are a few tricks to using it
though. You have to make sure you buff it in really, really good. Dont'
get any on the wiper, it'll wreck it. It also makes the windsheild
ultra-clean. Then you just drive fast! The faster you go the more rain
will fly off. It's really fun to see. At night, it can rain as hard as it
wants, and you don't need any wipers. You don't even see the rain. You can
only see it when a car shines lights at you, or on a lit road. But it
actually made my wiper work better too. Don't let any squeegee dudes near
your car, or any gas station attendants. They'll wreck it with that stuff.
Wash with just water.
