Hmmm Present for the car

So wait a sec, I can find an old US exhaust cam from a 16v and put it in backwards in place of the intake cam and now I have the same as a 16v with a euro cam? Granted, I know this is waaaaay simplier than truth, but just want to clarify. Also, how much does a regrind usually go for?
