need info on muffler

I have one on my 84 GTi, sounds good. I was forced to install when my =
headers broke. It is not too loud, and was kinda heavy, I like it. The =
one I have is welded from the flex pipe back. I think it came off a =
rocco originally. I don't know if they still make these or not. I will =
soon transfer it to the 79 rocco recently acquired. The inlet size looks =
to be stock size on mine, compared to the stock 79. HTH =20
