alternator swap



arg, just tested the 8v roccos alternator. 14.1 volts on startup. this seems a
bit high to me. i took a check on the rieger: 13.6 on startup. that seems more
realistic. is there some 8v alternator magic i dont know about? or is that 8v
number really too high? i suppose swapping over regulator assemblies would fix
that excessive voltage problem... hrm...
