    No.  The 78 has points and condensor ignition.  No oxygen sensor.  No 
idle stabilizing valve.  No frequency valve.  (No hassles, ;-) )

    Don't know, never tried.

    No again.  But my factory door speakers are Blaupunkts and the "cover" 
was the speaker itself so if your missing the cover, your missing the 
speaker.

    Euro bumpers are typically shorter than the US version.  If they're off 
the car, there is no shock mount struts on euros.  A US bumper weighs approx. 
30 lbs, euro weighs much less.
