help! i have an electrical gremlyn

here's the symptoms. no dash lights. when the headlights are on, there is no 
front left turn signal. when you hit the right side blinker, the windshield 
wipers turn on (the blinker does work though). when you turn the hazards on 
they do work, but once again the wipers turn on. if you turn the wipers on 
they work like normal.
    i have already switched both light switches, stalk and dash which cured 
a no headlight at all problem. also had to cut out and re-wire about a foot 
of the headlight harness wires due to corrosion, but still can't cure the 
above remaining syptoms. any guesses? bad relays? corroded wire harness? i 
really hate wiring! tia
