5-bolt patterns

and if you replaced the current stud with removable studs and drilled the
face plate for 5x100, you would now have 2 options to mount 2 kind of wheels
on 1 hub by using removable studs (I know I am crazy just thinking out loud
early in the morning again )

=> Your comment on the 5x100/4x100 bolt patterns got my curiousity going....
=>so I checked, using my hubs and a 5x100pattern on a mylar template.
=> You CAN drill a five-bolt pattern on the hubs without interference with
=>the four-bolt pattern (you will use one of the four existing holes). It
=>will be close, but it is quite do-able.
