old Scirocco Mk1 blueprint - was :Re: mint Mk1 for sale...here in Germany



Dirk,

If you can take a big photo of each view on the drawing similar to the front 
view from you original email, I can digitize it with great accuracy. If at 
all possible center the camera over each view of the car and try to hold the 
camera parallel to the drawing surface, that helps eliminate image angle 
distortation. If you talk to a local printer (germany) they should be able 
to accept a plot file or my vector file to print you a cleaner black-line 
drawing, I am using globally recognized software which I can export to about 
2 dozen formats. I know any one over here (u.s) can take a .plt file to 
kinko's and run a plot from my file for jsut a few dollars.

you can tell most of us are very envious of your find.
