MF system

Not milage traveled, but fuel mileage. It uses the vacuum as an indicator of
load, and (probably) in combination with RPM to estimate instantaneous fuel
consumption, then averages it.

Not very accurate IME.

But you do need the vacuum connection to make it "funciton"
