High Speed Canards and when do they really become effective.

Obviously some stuff is for looks (and thats OK) and other stuff adds
function (Like 5 HP stickers) and some do both (the stuff we US folks
call Euro).

I looked into a rear hatch lip spoiler to look nice but also to help
close high speed air around the back of the car.

What about theoes wind splints that go on the hood or the front spoiler
add on canards?

Any good? And only after what speed?

I am of a mind to think it's kind of like adding a cam but not adding a
better manifold/exhaust- you don't get the full gains with out doing a
complete package.

Thoughts?
