Question for Uero listers about Ecotek CB2-26P

Is this the real deal?  Does it really do what they
say it will?  A concern of mine is the fact that you
are letting unmetered air into the system which may
the car to run too lean.  The website claims this is
offset by better fuel atomization...

If you don't know what it is, it is a gadget that you
place before te intake manifold that lets a little but
of additional air into the intake.  This intake air is
swirling and causes more turbulence in the intake air,
resulting in greater fuel atomization, leading to more
efficient burn, which may lead to more hp, and does
lead to reduced emissions.  Phew!

There are lots of testimonials on the website, but I
would like to hear some first hand experience.
