[HEADWORK] Port Match and Polishing

I spoke with my machinist and he told me the reason he doesn't do P&P is
because he doesn't have a flow bench. He said a lot of people argue with
him about needing a flow bench to do it right, but he believe in order
to do it professional you should use a flow bench. Shine Racing quotes $
1000.00 for P&P. I will be picking up a head from a junkyard and have my
machinist rebuild with the parts I bought from Adirondak...Autotech
Cams, Autotech Springs, guides, seals, chain...Since I'll have the 1.8
16v head and a 2.0 bottom end in my 81, I am not to concerned about my
car being slow without the P&P...Any opinions on this?
Thanks,
