TDI - power?

I talked to a guy at the Houston VW Show this past weekend that has built
many VWs (swaps, etc) and his favorite car is the 93 Coraddo he has put a
TDI into. The car is smooth as silk, great torque, and he gets 43 mpg
consistently. Scirocco content: He is presently working on a 1.8T
Scirocco.
