windshield washers spray on to my roof

There was some old windshield washer fluid in the reservoir that got
evaporated.  then I added some water and now the crystallized blue stuff is
clogging up my sprayed nozzles.

Regardless, is there a way to adjust the sprayers or any idea on how to get
them to hit the windshield.  Anyone have any ideas on cleaning the sprayers
out?
