Metal head gasket?

Does anyone know what Metal head gasket from an A3 fits the 16v
engine? Also what are the overall percs of going with the metal one over
the stock, and what mods does the metal one need to fit just right?
I figure while I am doing this for the second time in two weeks I might as
well try and upgrade to something better then stock.
