16V in a Fox?

Someone asked me if it's possible to put a 16V engine into a Fox.  I'm
inclined to think it is, but the major problem would be that the
longitudinal placement of the engine would require the exhaust manifold
to be put on the opposite side of the car.

Anyone have any info on this?  How easy/feasable is it?  Does anyone
manufacture conversion kits?
