RE: How do I improve my turn in? A1 Jetta

The real difference with an upper bar is going to depend on how much
flex the car had to begin with. I could easily imagine that an upper
bar would make almost no difference on a car that had spent its
entire life being properly treated on good roads, but would make a
huge difference to a car that has taken a lot of abuse on rough
roads. I have no idea what the roads are like around where you live,
but where I am we have quite a few awful roads, and by 150k you can
really tell the difference between a car that has an upper bar, and
one that doesn't. Things are so bad around me road wise that I am
about to put in an upper bar, and lower subframe as part of my
renovation project.

The goal is to overcome the deliberate nature of the process.
